Just a clarification: Are we talking chlorinated saltwater or like swimming pool water?

Alumina sulphate or ALSO4, like flocculating agent and to lower pH
NaOH or soda to increase the pH
HCCl or acid hydrochloric to control pH
NAOCL or hypochlorite of sodium CUSO4 or copper sulfate, like algicide, in order to fight against the increase in the algae.
